An executive order by President Barack Obama in December created quite a stir.
Signed by the president on Dec. 16, 2009, the order is headlined, “executive order amending executive order 12425 designating interpol as a public international organization entitled to enjoy certain privileges, exemptions, and immunities.” It reads, “By the authority vested in me as president by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including Section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (interpol), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words ‘except those provided by Section 2-c, Section 3, Section 4, Section 5 and Section 6 of that act’ and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.”
This automatically brings Interpol under Section 2-c of the International Immunities Act, which reads, “Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.”
Just what does this mean to the average citizen of the United States? To answer that question, we need a little history about Interpol.

Bill O' LIE-LLY is in panic mode due to the fact that the Tea Party convention actually had a speaker mention the Obama eligibility issue and PENDING Constitutional lawsuits? Bill is a big part of the suppression of this issue and he supports suppression of this issue openly. He thinks that anyone that brings this up, should be isolated from any large gathering, because then it will ruin his work in sabotaging this movement FOR Obama.
Bill kept emphasizing key words like dangerous throughout the interview with Sarah Palin, where he questioned the radicals that are part ofthe Tea Party movement. Hey Bill? Anyone that questions Obama's eligibility is crazy? Well, I see it differently BILL. I think that anyone in the media that is part of the cover up in this constitutional crisis is a criminal and a traitor to the nation...BILL. You see us as crazy and we see you as a traitor and fraud.
Bill mentioned that it would be dangerous for people to hear talk about Obama's possible ineligibility." What is so dangerous? Bill O' and Beck have claimed that they have seen the Obama's birth certificate and that they investigated the issue, so why is he so concerned? I believe that he is concerned that he has allegedly aided in this conspiracy and he does not want this exposed to the public that he LIED. This is my opinion, prove me wrong, testify under oath to a special prosecutor BILL, so if you lie there, you can be thrown into prison.
Bill O' and Glenn Beck are both showing signs of desperation and anxiety with the eligibility issue, because no matter how much they lie, I mean try...this issue is not going away. The people are not buying what they are selling. The people know that Obama is scared to death of the eligibility issue, that is why he has spent close to $2 million fighting the allegations and now he is using tax dollars to fight the eligibility lawsuits.
All of you brainwashed Fox News puppets need to ask yourself WHY Beck and Bill O' want to SILENCE the voice of Americans that dare to question Obama's eligibility. My key word is SILENCE.
Obama should not be allowed to use tax dollars to fight the eligibility lawsuits, since many of these allegations started prior to him being sworn in. The legal fees should come out of his pocket and the pocket of George Soros as well, since Obama aka Barry Soetoro is his Marxist Frankenstein.
Fox News and the Tea Party suppression of the eligibility issue saved Obama from being removed from office, because there is no doubt in my mind that Obama aka Barry Soetoro would have been run out of DC within months of the election if this movement was allowed to really grow.
The MSM and Fox News are all reading the same script here folks, they want this issue going away, because they fear it would start riots and a race war. Well, they should have thought about that BEFORE the election when this conspiracy to silence Obama's ineligibility from the American people began.
Last night, Bill O' even said that anyone that calls Obama a communist is extreme? I got a good laugh out of that one too Bill. You are a coward Bill and most moderates and conservatives have abandoned your show. I believe that his ratings should be examined closer and it will show that more closet Marxists are watching him, rather than conservatives or moderates. I see the talk on the Internet, many have abandoned his show.

The Justice Department is poised this week to publicly defend a little-known law-enforcement practice that critics say may be the "sleeper" privacy issue of the 21st century: the collection of cell-phone "tracking" records that identify the physical locations where the phones have been.
It may come as a surprise to most of the owners of the country's 277 million cell phones, but their cell-phone company retains records of where their device has been at all times—either because the phones have tiny GPS devices embedded inside or because each phone call is routed through towers that can be used to pinpoint the phones' location to within areas as small as a few hundred feet.
Such location "logs" never show up on your monthly cell-phone bill. But federal court records filed over the past year indicate that federal prosecutors and the FBI have increasingly been obtaining such records in the course of criminal investigations—without any notice to the cell-phone customer or any showing of "probable cause" that tracking the physical location of the phone will turn up evidence of an actual crime.
