America has not trusted any other nation with its research into anti-terrorism technology—until now. On March 16, the United States and Germany signed a treaty on scientific and technological cooperation in the field of civil security. The two countries will spend €10-20 million on four major projects by 2012. More importantly, German scientists will gain access to America’s top-secret laboratories, where America tests its latest counterterrorism technology, and vice versa.
“Such openness would have been previously unimaginable,” Spiegel Online writes.
U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and German Research Minister Annette Schavan signed the treaty over breakfast last Monday.
“The mere fact that Napolitano and Schaven were meeting to talk about using technology to fight terrorism was unusual,” writes Spiegel Online. “Until now, the Americans have kept their efforts to develop new security technologies secret.”
America kept these technologies secret for a reason. “Security technologies” are a matter of national security.
The four main areas in which Germany and America will cooperate are:
- Understanding, prevention and detection of threats to civil security
- Forensic science
- Protection of critical infrastructure and key resources
- Crisis response, “consequence management” and damage control in the event of serious incidents
These programs are about protecting civilian life, the first duty of any government. Now the U.S. administration is sharing its technology with the nation it fought against in its last major war.
But, 64 years on, World War ii is viewed as ancient history by most. The general consensus is that Germany is a changed nation.
Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry wrote on this subject in May 1999:
Are we so vain that we have failed to learn from the history of our forefathers? Have our leaders become so proud that they fail to learn from the precious lessons of history? Have we forgotten that Germany plunged this planet into two world wars which killed between 60 and 70 million people?
At the time of writing, Mr. Flurry was addressing the decision to allow Germany to establish an air base in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This applies equally to Washington letting Berlin into labs where it tests some of its latest technology. “And what if our gamble with Germany today is dead wrong?” Mr. Flurry wrote. “As Churchill said, it is a mistake you make only once! All Americans will pay the deadly price! It gives us the potential to be attacked from within.” Mr. Flurry continued:
Germany had a history of striking down nations with little or no warning before World War i! Churchill knew their history. “The wars of Frederick and of Bismarck had shown with what extraordinary rapidity and suddenness the Prussian nation was accustomed to fall upon its enemy …. Obviously, therefore, the danger of a ‘bolt from the blue’ was by no means fantastic” [Winston Churchill, World Crisis].
The Germans had a history before World War i of attacking enemies with “rapidity and suddenness”—like a “bolt from the blue.” That is why what America is doing is so dangerous. WASHINGTON – While the subject of Barack Obama's birth certificate is still a topic most press outlets refuse to cover, it became a matter of sport in Vice President Joe Biden's Gridiron Dinner address this weekend.
After mentioning one of the Republican speakers for the evening, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was born in Austria and that one of the Democratic speakers, Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, was born in Canada, Biden chortled: "Folks, this is going to be Lou Dobbs' worst nightmare.
From there, Biden transitioned to the birth certificate controversy.

PERSONAL COMMENTARY:
The more I read in the old Testament, the more I am convinced that America's fate has been written in stone by G-D. Its that simple, because American Politicians regardless of who they are and what party they belong are bound and determined to carve up "JERUSALEM" which is the "CITY OF TRUTH" and it belongs to G-D. Only G-D has the paid mortgage on this property.
There is no person on Earth that can lay claim to this land as G-D has given this City to the JEWS, its that simple, I do not care what you or anyone thinks or believes because it is written in concrete in the Bible. The current crop of American Leaders are making the very same mistake as all the rest of our former leaders of America have made and now G-D is going and is in progress of tearing apart the very country he once protected.
That very protection that many of us prayed for is now gone, G-D is now ready to battle with anyone on this Earth especially America. I will post some direct scriptures in English and in Hebrew for you to see. Many people in the Christian "RIGHT" see this as well as I do but there is no turning back now as the damage is done. We are witnessing the complete demise of the financial empire of not only America but of the entire globe and there are no men or women or group of people that could have done this so rapidly as it is unfolding.
You are now witnessing one of the very strange things that G-D has already done in the past when he created the TOWER OF BABEL SCENARIO of ancient times, although this time he has already EVOKED THIS SAME SCENARIO BUT HE HAS NOT CHANGED ANYONE'S LANGUAGE, WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME IS THAT G-D HAS CREATED THE FAILURE OF CERTAIN WORLD AND ESPECIALLY AMERICAN POLITICIANS TO COMMUNICATE. YOU ARE SEEING THIS RIGHT NOW BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES.
I have known this day was coming all my life but I can not explain to you why or how I know. I also see total chaos in America, the more our American politicians interfere in JERUSALEM and in ISRAEL the worse it will become for us here at home. You are now dealing with a very angry G-D and his wrath will show "NO" mercy and there are no rules of engagement when it comes to G-D's revenge on us all.
You do not have to believe one word I am telling you, all you have to do is live long enough to see what is going to happen world wide and especially here at home. There is no way that G-D is going to allow these crooked Politicians to just carve up his personal city, the ARABS do not want peace with the JEWS, they want all JEWS to be gone forever and that just angers your creator.
Just look at what is happening world wide, look at what countries have the black gold = oil... doesn't that tell you something. There will be a slaughter for G-D in Basra. ISAIAH Chapter 34, verse 6. ITS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT OIL AND POWER AND MONEY. The prophet ISAIAH lived 700 years before the Christian era. It gets much worse as you are about to see as I put up some scriptures.
You can thank your greedy Politicians and the people that never seem to have enough money and power, but after all, you are born alone and you will die alone, G-D will have his Angels judge you, no one sees G-D. There is an exception that most of you will not understand, only people like "MOSES" have seen G-D.
I personally direct many of my prayers to ELIJAH the Hebrew prophet. Read the very last chapter and paragraph in "MALACHI".........The Hebrew word for ELIJAH is ELIYAHU"...
At this point in time in my opinion, its too late because it was G-D's plan to put in the people in power and the Jews that are in power are "EREV RAV" ... you can google that term and read about what it means, the very sad part is these Jews do not even know they are "EREV RAV"
Again please let me remind you that I am not asking you to believe one word that I am saying, just wait and see if I am right. My life has been very difficult but it was arranged before I came into this situation of a life of pain and misery. I have been telling people for many years to buy supplies but most would not listen to me. Now its too late, people have started to hoard all the things you now need and are no longer available.
There are no more good buys on anything, its now a sellers market if indeed you can even find anything you want or need. I work everyday although my health declines, my son now helps me because he sees how much responsibility I have toward Law Enforcement and serious honorable civillians that care and want to not only protect their families but want to survive as a country. We all want the best for America.
I especially want my friend "RICHARD" to read every word that I have written and if we had more understanding people like him and Maury and Don and others we would not be where we are today as G-D would have continued his blessings and his protection on America.
I would like to ask all of you to please read one PSALM per day and when you can not, just read part of that PSALM and finish it the very next day, certainly that is not to much to ask of you. The PSALMS predict the future. Some day I will show you how to read and interpret it. We are all at the Mercy of the living G-D and HEAVEN IS HERE ON EARTH IN ANOTHER DIMENSION.
Thankyou for reading my commentary, remember the more the U.S. pushes for the division of JERUSALEM the quicker things will happen to America as ordained by the FATHER.

(Personal Afterthought) - there is no doubt in my mind that America's future runs parallel with what happens in JERUSALEM and ISRAEL, the more that the Americans try to decide the very fate of this area of the world the quicker you will see the demise and the collapse of the once great America we all loved. WHAT GIVES OUR ADMINISTRATION OR THE EU THE RIGHT TO DIVIDE THE CITY AND LAND THAT BELONGS TO G-D. ? No human on this Earth will be allowed to interfere and divide JERUSALEM without causing their own utter destruction. Fed Running Out of Ammo

The Fed’s decision to purchase $300 billion of long-term treasury bonds is indicative of two things: 1) The U.S. government has lost all sense of value relative to its currency, and 2) The U.S. Federal Reserve is getting desperate and is running out of options.
Far from giving the economy any kind of boost, these tactics are essentially more of the same, which has already proven futile in terms of getting the economy moving again. Major financial institutions are not lending or borrowing much more than they were when the crisis began, and all the Fed is doing is undermining what little value is left in the U.S. Dollar.
Gold’s reaction, shooting up $42 upon release of the news, underscores the fact that inflation is now an expectation, and the safe haven attraction of treasuries will now accrue to other asset classes such as gold, silver and oil.
Although oil’s price has strengthened recently in reaction to the Fed news as well as OPEC’s decision not to cut production, this rally in commodities may be short-lived, especially if the massive inflation of money supply fails to loosen the gears of the global lending apparatus.
A renewed downward contraction of economic output manifested in more lost jobs, more foreclosures, more industrial bankruptcies, and more closed financial institutions would have the effect of sending oil and other consumable commodities (metals, but not gold) on another downward fall.
The likelihood of this happening hinges entirely on the next six months.
It is likely that the Fed will continue to buy its own Treasurys as well as distressed assets, and will continue nationalization of major financial institutions. At some point, however, there will be an end to the number of institutions left to rescue, because the Fed will own pretty much everything. It is at that point the real Great Depression will begin.
What else is there the Fed can do?
The answer to that is absolutely nothing. The U.S. Federal Reserve is a privately held institution with nearly unlimited powers to print money and establish policy. But their ability to act effectively is contingent upon the rest of the world’s conviction that the policy matters and the money has value. Increasingly, the paralysis seen in the industrial complex worldwide in terms of monetary velocity and attendant industrial output would seem to suggest that confidence in either value or relevance of policy has, for the time being, been destroyed.
As the institution widely perceived as being at fault for the policy environment and absence of regulation that engendered the over-capitalized and over-leveraged economy in the first place, it is highly unlikely the Fed will be in a position to lead the resurrection of confidence in the global monetary system.
It is more likely, that after the collapse of the United States currency and government, that it will take a coalition of representatives from a wide range across the G7, or more likely, the G20, to render sufficient assurance and integrity to set the wheels of the great global economic machine back in motion.

So its happened at last. All pretense of sanity has been summarily discarded in favor of the perpetual feedback loop. The Fed is now purchasing its own currency, kiting checks to itself in a flagrant display of Orwellian-esque doublespeak. The fact that bond traders and mainstream financial commentators hail the development demonstrates the depth of ignorance and/or beguilement prevalent in the collective economic imagination.
